Simply put, the most powerful healing spell. This spell removes the recovery effect from the targeted player, and heals them by the amount of recovery left. Not an easy spell to describe, but if you cast recovery onto a player, immediately followed by Sublimation. They'd be healed by 155% of your Magic attack times 14 (making a total of 2170% of your Magic attack). Quite difficult to explain, but a must for anyone serious about healing.
